Le dimanche 16 octobre s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 le premier stage de pr\u00e9paration 1er<\/sup> et 2\u00e8me<\/sup> Dan \u00e0 Doubs. L\u2019encadrement a \u00e9t\u00e9 assur\u00e9 par Christophe DA SILVA\u00a0 et\u00a0 Richard PEREZ.<\/p>\n

23 pratiquants ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 ce stage dont 6 a\u00efkidokas pour une pr\u00e9paration Shodan et 3 a\u00efkidokas en vue d\u2019un nidan. Les clubs de l\u2019A\u00efkika\u00ef du Larmont, A\u00efkika\u00ef Pontarlier Haut Doubs, Audincourt, Avanne, Bletterans, Chatenois les Forges, Ecole Valentin, Valentigney \u00e9taient repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Christophe DA SILVA a commenc\u00e9 une pr\u00e9paration dynamique en insistant sur les ukemis.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Les pratiquants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 divis\u00e9s en deux groupes, niveau shodan d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 et niveau nidan de l\u2019autre.<\/p>\n

Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s sur un travail en tachiwaza aihanmi ikkyo omote ura, puis la m\u00eame technique sur attaque shomen uchi en tachiwaza et suwariwaza.<\/p>\n

Christophe a fini son cours en demandant un travail libre sur tachiwaza aihanmi katate dori.<\/p>\n

Richard a continu\u00e9 en suwariwaza shomen uchi ikkyo, nikyo, sankyo, yonkyo , gokyo, irimi nage puis ryote dori ikkyo et kokyu h\u00f4.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Plusieurs corrections ont \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9es par Christophe et Richard principalement sur le\u00a0 Kamae,\u00a0 le shisei et l\u2019ex\u00e9cution d\u2019un mouvement continu sans pr\u00e9cipitation en travaillant sur les entr\u00e9es (int\u00e9rieures et ext\u00e9rieures).<\/p>\n

Sandrine BEAUSEIGNEUR a second\u00e9 les intervenants pour les corrections.<\/p>\n
